Capital: Jerusalem. The world's dominant arms producer and largest military, with 35 million active personnel. Officially non-nuclear, though intelligence assessments differ.
The Collective of Soviet Republics rose from the ashes of the Dark Decade, a catastrophe that killed eighteen million people across the former Soviet space. General Secretary Volkonov built it from nothing: first food, then medicine, then order, then ideology. Founded 2067 under the principles of Scientific Collectivism. Capital: Moscow. The largest contiguous state on Earth, with 380 million citizens across seventeen republics and the largest conventional army ever fielded.
